Under the sponsorship of the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Alaa Shaker Mahmoud, and the supervision of the Head of the Art Education Department, Assistant Professor Hussein Muhammad Ali Hussein Shahadha, and the training of the Assistant Lecturer Muhammad Khalis Ibrahim, Professor of Theatrical Techniques in the Art Education Department.
Today, Sunday, April 21, 2024, the Department of Art Education organized a historical fashion show entitled “Silk” as part of the productions of fourth-year students for morning and evening studies, in the college theater hall.
For his part, the Dean of the College explained the role played by this important art that mimics international fashion movements. Which was organized by the Department of Art Education today through its students, highlighting the most important artistic formations inspired by the Mesopotamian civilization.
His Excellency also affirmed his continued support and serious endeavor to enhance the existence of a future vision that works to enrich the solid scientific, artistic and cultural movement of the College of Fine Arts, adding that we will continue to achieve our goals and achieve our vision thanks to the efforts of our qualified professors and our distinguished students.
The presentation included a large number of student contributions of their artistic productions, through which they demonstrated the diversity of ideas and artistic and aesthetic treatments among their historical designs.
