The Faculty of Arts receives a ministerial committee tasked with psychological counseling and educational guidance
A committee from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research visited the Faculty of Fine Arts today, Monday 10/7/2024, and they were received by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Alaa Shaker Mahmoud.
During the visit, the committee reviewed the reality of the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit, its activities, and the availability of the unit’s requirements.
During the visit, the program accreditation criteria for the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit were discussed, as well as the college’s commitment to continuous modernization and development of technology and academic programs.
As the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit in the college has an important role in providing psychological and guidance support to male and female students. The main goal of the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit is to support the development of male and female students in a comprehensive manner, whether psychologically or academically, and to enable them to achieve their full potential in a healthy and supportive educational environment and to care for students’ problems and help them solve them by activating the hours allocated for psychological counseling and educational guidance.
