The Dean of the College of Fine Arts participates in the celebration of the Prophet’s birthday within the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Diyala.

Assistant Professor Dr. Golan Hussein Alwan, Dean of the College of Fine Arts, participated this morning, Monday, September 22, 2025, in the celebration of the Prophet’s birthday, organized by the Deanship of the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Diyala. The celebration was attended by members of the University Council, faculty, staff, and students.

The celebration began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, followed by speeches on this fragrant occasion, embodying the status of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and his great humanitarian message of spreading the values ​​of tolerance, mercy, and peace.

During her participation, the Dean of the College of Fine Arts emphasized that this occasion represents a renewed spiritual and faith-based milestone that reminds the nation of the values ​​of the Noble Prophet and his fragrant prophetic biography. She added, “Our celebration of the birth of the Great Messenger, may God bless him and his family and grant them peace, is a renewal of the covenant with the principles of truth and justice, and an affirmation of the university’s role in promoting religious and moral awareness in society.”

The celebration included various activities presented by the college’s professors and students, reflecting the spiritual and social values ​​of the fragrant occasion, amidst an atmosphere of faith that embodied the status of the Noble Messenger in the hearts of all Iraqis.
