The Women’s Affairs Unit, in collaboration with the Continuing Education Division at the College of Fine Arts, organized an awareness lecture titled “Providing a Conducive Work Environment that Achieves Gender Equity Standards,” in implementation of the Third National Plan for Women, Peace, and Security, within the framework of participation and institutional reform.

The lecture “Providing a Conducive Work Environment that Achieves Gender Equity Standards” is one of the key initiatives implemented by the College of Fine Arts. This initiative is framed by a spirit of awareness and inclusive education, as achieving gender equity in the workplace is not merely an organizational requirement; rather, it is a fundamental value that ensures the empowerment of all individuals, both women and men, and gives each the opportunity to express their full potential.
The lecture focuses on reviewing the various meanings and definitions of gender equity, emphasizing the importance of integrating equality concepts into human resources policies and the academic environment. Furthermore, it highlights successful examples from educational and artistic institutions that have implemented equitable policies and achieved positive results, demonstrating the feasibility of adopting such policies in various fields.
