The College of Arts holds a workshop on the Master Sheet electronic grade record program and its organization.

Under the patronage of the President of the University of Diyala, Professor Dr. Tahseen Hussein Mubarak, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Fine Arts, Professor Dr. Alaa Shaker Mahmoud, the College of Fine Arts organized a workshop on the Master Sheet electronic grade record program and its organization.
Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Sabah Bahaa Al-Din, one of the professors at Kirkuk University, Faculty of Agriculture and Forestry, lectured. With the participation of the heads of scientific departments, examination committees, and all college teachers, in the interactive classroom on Tuesday, 6/11/2024.
The workshop included how to organize the master’s student grade record, the mechanism of the program for creating the grade record, the method of entering student names, the student’s pursuit grades, and the student’s final exam. During the workshop, discussions took place about using the program with the results of students’ final exams and adding the decision grades granted by the ministry in order to raise Success rate for students.
The workshop aimed to clarify the program to members of examination committees and to all college teachers by identifying some of the problems that committee members faced while using the electronic mastersheet.
