Under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Fine Arts, Professor Dr. Alaa Shaker Mahmoud, the College of Fine Arts held today, Monday, 7/8/2024, a workshop entitled “Creating small artistic projects within the goal of eradicating poverty,” in which Assistant Professor Dr. Waad Abdel Amir Khalaf lectured and in the presence of the college’s teaching ladies and gentlemen.
The workshop included several objectives and topics, the most important of which are:
Workshop topics:
1. The concept of small artistic projects: introducing participants to small artistic projects and their importance in enhancing the creative economy.
2. Determining the artistic idea: How to choose an artistic project idea that suits the skills and interests of the participants.
3. Planning and Management: The basics of technical project planning and resource and time management.
4. Study the market and target audience: How to conduct market research and determine the target audience for your artistic project.
5. Marketing and Promotion: Effective marketing strategies for small art projects, including digital marketing and social media.
6. Financial aspects: How to prepare the project budget and deal with costs and revenues.
7. Legal aspects: Laws and licenses required to launch a small art project.
8. Production and Quality: Ensuring the quality of products or technical services provided and how to improve them.
9. Collaborations and Partnerships: Build relationships and partnerships with other artists or organizations to advance your project.
Workshop objectives:
1. Providing participants with the basic knowledge to successfully start and manage small art projects.
2. Developing the creative and management skills of artists and owners of artistic projects.
