The Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs meets with the operational staff in the evening study
Within the framework of the continuous follow-ups and directives of the Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Professor Dr. Alaa Shaker Mahmoud, the Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Assistant Professor Hussein Muhammad Ali Hussein, met today, Saturday, 10/26/2024, with the operational cadres within the evening study staff at the Faculty of Fine Arts, evening study.
The meeting discussed the nature of the work of the departments and units and the obstacles facing their work at the beginning of each academic year and finding appropriate solutions for them. And overcoming all difficulties and resolving them in order to achieve solid education in the service of the scientific process in our college.
The meeting also included a number of issues related to administrative matters and adherence to university laws and regulations, including the Higher Education Law and the State Employees Discipline Law, as it includes the rights of the employee and his duties, stressing the commitment to official working hours according to the specified times and not exceeding the chain of references during the job work.
The Assistant Dean of Administration appreciated everyone’s efforts in their work, cooperation and dedication in serving our college and university, stressing the seriousness, sincerity, honesty and keenness in the responsibility and honesty they bear.
Emphasizing the importance of working as a team and overcoming routine and unnecessary circles, doubling efforts and avoiding compliments, narcissism and other things that may confuse work.
At the end of the meeting, the Assistant called on everyone to deal positively in completing the tasks assigned to them with the required flexibility, deliberation and accuracy in it, and according to the applicable instructions, standards and instructions followed.
And to strive seriously to develop administrative work by following the best modern and advanced means and methods and resolving problems and obstacles that may hinder work through cooperation and mutual understanding between everyone.
