With the utmost pride and honor, the Deanship of the College of Fine Arts at the University of Diyala extends its warmest congratulations and best wishes to Assistant Professor Dr. Jolan Hussein Alwan on her appointment as Dean of the College of Fine Arts.
Dr. Jolan has assumed her new responsibilities, guided by her academic and administrative vision, which we hope will yield distinguished achievements that meet the aspirations of our esteemed university.
As we congratulate her on this great trust, we ask God Almighty to grant her success in fulfilling her mission and to assist her in carrying out this trust, serving our beloved Iraq and future generations of students and artists.
We also extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to Professor Dr. Alaa Shaker Mahmoud for his sincere efforts and fruitful contributions during his tenure as Dean of the College, leaving a clear mark on its development and advancement.
