In support of digital transformation, the Dean of the College holds a meeting with automation committees and supervises the implementation phases on the ground.

As part of efforts to promote digital transformation and improve administrative and technical performance in higher education institutions, Professor Alaa Shaker Mahmoud, Dean of the College of Fine Arts at the University of Diyala, held a coordination meeting on Monday, May 27, 2025, with the college’s automation committees, attended by heads of departments and relevant administrative units.

The meeting discussed the current stages of the administrative automation project, mechanisms for accelerating the implementation of the tasks assigned to each committee, and emphasized the importance of integration between technical and administrative units to achieve the desired goals.

Following the meeting, the Dean conducted a field tour to review the progress of work, emphasizing the need to adhere to the specified timetable and ensure quality performance.

The Dean emphasized that the automation project represents a pivotal step toward achieving digital transformation at the college, in line with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s efforts to develop the digital infrastructure of Iraqi universities.
