In a move to enhance institutional excellence, the college dean directs heads of academic and administrative departments toward more effective performance and sustainable development.

The Dean of the College of Fine Arts at the University of Diyala, Professor Dr. Alaa Shaker Mahmoud, met on Monday, May 27, 2025, with the heads of the academic and administrative departments at the college’s deanship to discuss work development and efficiency enhancement.
His Excellency emphasized adherence to professional standards and the importance of cooperation to achieve the college’s strategic goals.
He emphasized the need for accurate completion and prompt responses to official correspondence, while adhering to the approved official letter formats to maintain the integrity of administrative work.
He called for documenting procedures and organizing archives to ensure rapid responses to academic demands.
He emphasized the need to build a stimulating work environment that contributes to unleashing the creative energies of employees.
He pointed out that the next phase requires greater seriousness and discipline in implementing directives and monitoring performance.
He said, “Our commitment to accuracy and speed in completing tasks and drafting correspondence is the cornerstone of achieving institutional excellence.”
At the conclusion of the meeting, he commended the efforts made, calling for greater dedication and hard work in serving the college and its students.
