The Dean of the College holds a meeting on digital transformation and automation system

Today, Thursday, 3/6/2025, the Dean of the College of Fine Arts at the University of Diyala, Professor Dr. Alaa Shaker Mahmoud, met with the committees concerned with digital transformation and the automation system in the college. The Dean of the College said during the meeting, which was attended by the Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs, Prof. Dr. Yasry Abdel-Wahab Mahmoud: Based on the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research regarding digital transformation, our college has been working since the first hours of adopting the digital transformation system and the automation system to provide all the necessary needs and how to manage electronic systems and shift from paper to electronic dealings, indicating that the Ministry of Higher Education will be one of the first ministries to shift to the electronic system to include human resources management and the student information management system and how to deal with the system and upload data, in addition to saving effort and money and transparency in dealing and speed of completion and that the new systems will work to facilitate daily administrative and academic work, and organize the educational process for the student starting from obtaining study materials and exams until the graduation stage, adding that the program includes two applications, the first for the student and the second application for the professor, and that this system will be a qualitative leap in the management of the college and its scientific departments, the real shift from paper work to electronic
