The Women’s Affairs Unit, in cooperation with the Human Rights Unit at the College of Fine Arts, organized an awareness campaign that included posting awareness posters within the College of Arts facilities to spread community awareness about raising prisoners and the role of women in preparing generations through modern educational methods.
The head of the Women’s Affairs Unit, Assistant Lecturer Roaa Khaled Abdul Latif, said during the awareness campaign: The Women’s Affairs Unit and the Human Rights Unit at the College of Fine Arts are important entities in organizing and implementing awareness campaigns, as the two units cooperate to launch awareness campaigns aimed at spreading awareness of human rights issues and women’s rights. These campaigns include a variety of activities and initiatives that aim to raise awareness and change attitudes and behaviors, and rely on the use of appropriate and diverse awareness methods to communicate with the target audience. The role of the Women’s Affairs Unit and the Human Rights Unit comes within this context, to facilitate the process of planning, organizing and implementing these campaigns and ensuring the achievement of the desired goals..
The campaign was implemented in accordance with the third national plan for women, security and peace, the pillar of participation and institutional reform for the year 2025. The campaign was supervised by Assistant Lecturer Ruwa Khaled Abdel Latif, Head of the Women’s Affairs Unit, and Assistant Lecturer Aghareed Mahmoud Wahib, Head of the Human Rights Unit, with students of the Faculty of Fine Arts.
