Under the supervision of the Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Professor Dr. Alaa Shaker Mahmoud, the Faculty of Fine Arts, Continuing Education Division, held a scientific symposium entitled “Evaluation Form for Fourth-Year Applicant Students” in the presence of the Dean of the Faculty and the ladies and gentlemen of the faculty’s teaching staff and employees today, Sunday, November 17, 2024. The seminar, which was lectured by Assistant Professor Hussein Mohammed Ali Hussein, Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, included several objectives and axes, the most important of which are:
Care for appearance (adherence to the educational uniform)
The extent of his balance, behavior, actions, and respect for students and their respect
His vitality during teaching and his interaction with students and his ability to control the class
Choosing the appropriate topic for the level of students’ awareness
The soundness of the language and the strength of the diversity of the voice level during teaching
His ability to invest the time allocated for the lesson
Clarity of the specific (educational) goals and the extent to which they achieve the general goal
Clarity of the behavioral goals and the extent to which they achieve the specific goals
Using teaching methods and educational tools appropriate to the subject of the lesson and the level of students’ awareness
Stirring the introduction to the students’ attention
Presenting the lesson material in its logical sequence and distributing the lesson time according to the paragraphs of the material
His keenness to implement the teaching plan and his ability to present the lesson topic in a correct and scientific manner
Linking the lesson environment to the student’s environment
Using educational and technical terms and concepts appropriate to the level of students
Taking into account individual differences among students
Encouraging them to participate in activities Lesson
Paying attention and listening to students’ questions and answering them
Linking assessment questions to the lesson’s behavioral objectives and their diversity
Following up on students’ work in the classroom
Emphasizing and following up on homework
For his part, the Dean of the College emphasized dividing the grade and giving the grade and objective evaluation to the student
