Within the framework of building bridges of cooperation between our college and the governorate’s directorates, the college dean meets a delegation from the Diyala Governorate Environment Directorate

As part of the approach of openness and building bridges of cooperation between educational and service institutions in the province, the Dean of the College of Fine Arts at the University of Diyala, Professor Dr. Alaa Shaker Mahmoud, received this morning, Tuesday, October 8, 2024, a delegation from the Environment Directorate of Diyala Governorate.

The meeting discussed opening up horizons for cooperation between the two parties to hold courses, workshops and artistic seminars for members of the Environment Directorate, in addition to holding artistic performances concerned with the environment to contribute to raising awareness in society for a healthy and clean environment.

For his part, the Dean of the College welcomed the visiting delegation, expressing his cooperation with all departments of the province to provide the expertise of the College of Fine Arts, artistic and academic, to all government institutions and the public and private sectors and all segments of society in the province and outside it, and to open up to society and cooperate with government departments in a way that serves society and the public good.

For their part, the visiting delegation expressed their thanks and appreciation to the Deanship of the College of Fine Arts, represented by the Dean of the College, for the good meeting and warm reception, which directed the implementation of all demands aimed at achieving the goals of sustainable development for a more beautiful environment supported by art and artists.
