Visit of the committee of evaluating academic and scientific reality in the college of fine arts at the University of Diyala

As part of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s efforts to ensure the highest standards of academic and research quality, the College of Fine Arts hosted today the Scientific and Academic Reality Evaluation Committee. The Scientific and Academic Reality Committee included the following professors:
1- Prof. Dr. Adeeb Alwan Kazim / Chairman of the Committee / University of Al-Qadisiyah, College of Fine Arts
2- Asst. Prof. Dr. Hassan Hadi Hassan / Member of the Committee / University of Wasit, College of Fine Arts
The visit began with an official meeting between the committee and the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Alaa Shaker Mahmoud, and his scientific assistants, Prof. Dr. Yusra Abdul-Wahhab Mahmoud, and the administrative assistant, Assistant Professor Hussein Muhammad Ali Hussein, where the Dean welcomed the committee members and informed them of the strategic plans and academic goals of the College of Fine Arts. The committee then carefully reviewed all official and administrative documents related to the college, including academic records, administrative reports, and all procedures and regulations.
After that, the committee took a field tour of the college, where it inspected the classrooms, the college studio, the college theater, and other facilities available to students.
This visit comes as part of the University of Diyala’s ongoing efforts to improve and develop the educational process, and ensure its compliance with international academic standards. The committee will submit a detailed report including its observations and recommendations to improve the academic and administrative performance of the college, within the framework of enhancing the quality of higher education and scientific research in the College of Fine Arts. In a statement, the Dean expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the committee’s efforts, stressing the college’s commitment to follow up on the recommendations and work to implement them to improve the level of education and services provided to students. This visit is an important step towards enhancing the reputation of the University of Diyala as a leading educational institution, and contributes to achieving the university’s strategic goals in providing distinguished academic education that keeps pace with the latest global developments.
