Mr. Dean participates in the meeting of the Deans Committee of Faculties of Fine Arts in Iraq.

Professor Dr. Alaa Shaker Mahmoud, Dean of the College, participated in the meeting of the Deans Committee of Fine Arts Colleges in Iraq, which was held at the University House for Printing, Publishing and Translation at the University of Baghdad. The meeting discussed a number of important issues on its agenda.
The mechanism of cooperation between the Deans Committee of Fine Arts Colleges and the National Council for Accreditation of Fine Arts Colleges was discussed, as well as the necessity of the deans supporting the evaluation committees and providing the requirements for the success of their work, especially the logistical requirements.
The meeting also discussed the curricula for postgraduate studies in a number of scientific departments, especially the Department of Art Education and the Department of Theater Arts at the Universities of Babylon and Mosul.
The Council discussed the mechanism of cooperation with the Popular Mobilization Authority and implementing the directives of the Council of Ministers to support artistic and media activities in the Mobilization Authority. It was agreed to hold an international conference for the Colleges of Fine Arts in Iraq in cooperation with the Popular Mobilization Authority at the University of Mosul. The preparatory and scientific committees for the conference were discussed.
