The head of the Art Education Department inspects the Civil Defense Guard and the Night Guard and follows up with them on safety and security procedures

Under the guidance of the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Alaa Shaker Mahmoud, and in implementation of the instructions of the Peace Committee at the University Presidency, Assistant Professor Hussein Muhammad Ali Hussein Shahadha, Head of the Art Education Department, visited late Wednesday night, 7/10/2024, the Civil Defense Guard and the Night Guard, and followed up with them on the procedures Safety and security in our college.

The Head of the Technical Education Department also reviewed all the college buildings, especially the fire extinguishers, electrical installations, the location of the electric generator and lighting and their sources, especially with the interruption and fluctuation of the electrical current and the high temperatures.

It is worth noting that these continuous evening visits to the college, the Civil Defense Guard, and the Night Guard come to follow up and provide moral support by the College Deanship to those present at night and staying up late in order to protect and preserve the public property of state institutions, including the buildings of the College of Fine Arts, and out of a high sense of responsibility.

At the end of his evening tour, he praised those present and their keenness and commitment to performing their duty and their readiness for any emergency, God forbid, and recorded his visit in the visitors’ register of the civil defense guards at the college.
