The College of Arts holds a workshop entitled Occupational Behavior.

Under the patronage of the President of the University of Diyala, Professor Dr. Tahseen Hussein Mubarak, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Fine Arts, Professor Dr. Alaa Shaker Mahmoud, the College of Fine Arts organized a workshop entitled Job Behavior.
Assistant Professor Dr. Radwan Hashem Hamdoun, one of the professors at the University of Mosul, Faculty of Law, and Assistant Professor Dr. Rayan Hashem Hamdoun, one of the professors at the University of Kirkuk, Faculty of Law and Political Science, lectured.
The workshop targeted a segment of employees at the college, which was held in the interactive classroom on Tuesday, 6/11/2024. The workshop included several objectives and topics, the most important of which are:
Maintaining the dignity of the public job, appearing appropriately for it, and refraining from any behavior that diminishes the necessary respect for it, whether during or after official work, and working to develop his job knowledge that leads to developing his work experience, understanding the duties assigned to him, and treating subordinates with kindness and in a way that preserves their dignity and development. Feeling professional responsibility at work, learning about work ethics, learning about mechanisms for implementing strategies to consolidate and deepen professional ethics, and practicing distinguished and personal ethics at work.
The most important topics of the workshop were: refraining from anything that violates the honor and dignity of the job, whether in the workplace or outside it, allocating work time to performing his job duties, and implementing the orders issued to him by his superiors accurately and honestly and within the limits of regulations and instructions.
